Jobs are my number one priority, tax cuts are second.

I can already hear the howls of protest about the title from my opponents, but hear me out. Tax cuts are nearly impossible given the current political climate. I'm going to give everyone something to think about. So here is goes:

Everyone who is running on the Republican ticket want's to cut taxes. But lets be real. We are in mid-term elections. If we do win the House back, which is very possible, it is virtually impossible to win the Senate back, but it's a good chance we will make some inroads. The President would Veto everything that is sent his way for the next two years as he slides into the title: Lame Duck President. Then we have to win the White House back to begin to repair the damage this current President has done, and only then be able to cut taxes or implement the Fair Tax, which I support completely.

So we are talking Summer of 2013 before we can even hope for tax relief. Many of the people in Southwest Mo. don't have that much time to waste. People need to pay bills and mortgages. We Need JOBS! Waiting on the Federal Gov. to change to a more favorable environment is unacceptable. We must start doing things different in order to achieve a different result. Exporting products to Asia, South America, Europe and Africa will increase demand which in turn creates more production. "Hey! We need a second shift!" is a problem every business want's. But we also need to step up our game as well. Learn to eat with your left hand is awkward if your a righty like me, but it can be done. My connections to Japan and Asia will open doors for business to begin. It's like dating, you can't go to dinner unless you first start a conversation. There are people in the district that are available to assist in the logistics of getting our products out the door, but its up to us to take the initiative to act first. People in other countries LOVE Made in America products, we just have to show them what we have.
